"How Do I Find a Co-Founder?"
A Founder's Orientation to Building a Team
Presented by Martin Trust Center EIR and lecturer Christina Chase
Wed 11/19/2014, 12-1pm, E40-160
Teams of founders do better than individual founders. We’ve seen it time and time again, and our research shows it too. But how do you find the right people? What mix of skills do you need on your founding team? And how do you convince someone to work with you on a brand-new company, especially if you can’t afford to pay a big salary?
Martin Trust Center entrepreneur-in-residence Christina Chase, co-founder of Firehoze and instructor of 6.933 The Founder’s Journey, will discuss how to approach potential co-founders and how to build a lasting team.
Non-pizza lunch will be provided.
After this 12-1pm event, join us from 7-9pm for an “Entrepreneurship Meetup & Cornhole Toss” at the Martin Trust Center in E40-160 where you might meet your next co-founder!
